[Board] GWF2016 Define the theme of the OSGeo event

Thanks Jody, for your input.
I will work on this later when I am back from holidays.

Some quick toughts:
- open source is about sharing code. disruptive business models often
use the sharing economy as an important paradigm. With open source we
have already more than 40 years experience with this sort of models.
We can act as a role model for other business sectors.

- new ways of doing business, where your R&D and production capacity is
shared among different commercial players, and the only differentiator
is how you bring the services to the market.

- some thoughts about protection as a business driver? ownership becomes
a shared asset...
in this respect, your 'fast-paced' paradigm is exactly the result of
sharing R&D, resources, exchange of experience and idea’s
