[Board] 2016 strategy

Dear directors,
I have prepared a simple questionnaire for the charter members to suggest
one action item (the most important for them) for each SO following the
structure of the table at the end of the PPT on the strategy.

I would like to ask you to freeze the strategy development in term of SO (I
thought it was already fixed after f2f but I was wrong) so that I can send
out invitation to participate in the survey.
