[Board] f2f preparations: meet&greet with Dutch OSGeo board

Ok. Perhaps, we can meet up at Wageningen at 17.00
and head to Geocat office in Bennekom where
Jereon and some other board members will also
be available.

Let us know if there is any change of plan.
