[Board] f2f preparations: meet&greet with Dutch OSGeo board

Hi all,
Since board members are staying at GeoCat on Friday, you are welcome to have the drinks here as well. It may be easiest for the board since they likely won’t all arrive at the same time. I will at least be there to receive them when they arrive.
