[Board] about info at osgeo org

Hi,

at OSGeo web pages, the mail address "info at osgeo.org" is announced. For
past years, Jeff took care about most of incoming mails. And Frank is
usually taking those, referring to lost passwords to trac.

Board, you should know, that currently info at osgeo.org is alias, which is
pointing just to myself and to Frank. I'll try to forward, in case someone
is contacting president or another person directly, using this generic
address. I'm also forwarding people to proper mailing lists, when they are
asking. Not that I would have problem with that, but there seems to be no
backup in case of vacation or so...

If you might get feedback, that "some mails got lost", please let me know
and we shall try to define some policy

P.S. We were talking about (FOSS4G-Seoul last year?), that we could get rid
od the contact form http://www.osgeo.org/contact - what do you think?
