[Board] [EXTERNAL] Re: finance committee

If the finance committee is interested in being active, I suspect the board
would be happy to turn over 2017 budget planning to the committee.

I hope you do not mind the boards decision to focus on committee by
committee planning for 2017; it is a change of pace but hopefully offers
more control for each group.
