For external communities we should also put UCGIS, AGILE (once thier MoU is signed) along with ICA, ISPRS in the website also.

Thanks Helena. My only aim was to get GeoForAll started , get key external communities (OSGeo, ISPRS etc) support our ideas and then hand it over to safe hands which is now achieved by us being firmly established as a committee in OSGeo .

So whichever structure OSGeo Board wants is fine for me.

Suchith, Venka,

I think that we have a little bit of confusion here - this is how I understand our roles:

Within GeoForAll:
Suchith - you are the global chair, while I am a regional co-chair for US - we have several people serving as regional chairs for various regions

In relation to OSGeo - I am the member of OSGeo board who serves as a liaison to GeoForAll

Given that GeoForAll is the OSGeo Education and Research outreach initiative which replaced the Education and Curricullum committee, as a committee it needs to have a chair or co-chairs, so I think
that having both of us as co-chairs as suggested by Venka (and similar to the UN Committee) sounds like a good solution to me for now. OSGeo board will have a meeting about the Committees so we will see whether there
will be any suggestions for further discussion but I am OK with the structure as it is now.
