[Board] Invitation to join Open Invention Network

Dear All,

The procedure for joining OIN has been completed
I attach the agreement which is also stored in
OSGeo-intl dropbox folder  under agreement_mou
subfolder.

Can someone file a news item for the OSGeo website.
