Venka,

the MoU looks good to me - I have added it to the MoUs in preparation

If there are no objections, I suggest that you start a motion and voting on Loomio - we don’t have to wait 
until the next meeting. Once it is signed, the optional photo of signing it and the hardcopy should be posted on the wiki.
