[Board] room for osgeo board f2f meeting

Guido,

would it be possible for the LOC to reserve a meeting room for ~ 10 people with internet connection for the OSGeo Board of directors face-to-face meeting on Monday August 14, at 18:00pm for 3-4 hours (or more).
Conference hotel would be the best, but a place somewhere close would also work.
