[Board] room for osgeo board f2f meeting

Yes, we can do this (assuming the hotel has availability which I think it
does).
We do not have access to any complimentary rooms on Monday (unfortunately).
We set up a similar room for LocationTech on the Tuesday of the conference,
and the cost was $500.
Would you like us to reserve this? For wifi, do you need a hard wire, or
will hotel wifi be acceptable?

What we've done for a couple of other expenses (e.g., the Sponsor Breakfast
that Maria has organized) is instead of seeking "cash", Michael Smith has
approved simply reducing our obligation to repay our $70k advance (e.g., if
we paid $500 for your room, the advance repayment would be $69.5k). So you
know, and in case it matters, conference finances look to be strong and we
are highly optimistic we will return a surplus to OSGeo (above and beyond
re-paying the advance).

If the cost is prohibitive, I can offer you free use of my company's
conference room which has a very nice video feed. However, my office is
about 1 mile from the venue.

Please let us know ASAP and we'll make the arrangements.
