[Board] room for osgeo board f2f meeting

We're on it.

We'll confer with the hotel and confirm with you ASAP tomorrow (and if
there are any availability issues [unlikely], we'll get back to you with
other opts). We're assuming hotel wifi will be adequate.

Let us know if there's any need for any members of the BLOC team to be
around for the start of the meeting. We'd be happy to brief if useful,
although I'm sure you have a full agenda already.
