Thanks Jody. We will arrange joint press release of these new MoUs as we did with previous ones (e.g. the ISPRS MoU at http://www.osgeo.org/node/1517

We are now discussing ideas at the GeoForAll Advisory Board and I will follow this up to have  to have press releases of these MoUs with appropriate text inputs from Venka (as OSGeo President ) and Yukio Himiyama (IGU) as well as David Coleman  (GSDI).

Once we have the MoU press releases we should add them as partners in our new website.

Suchith what happens now? We can add them to the partners section of the new website, do we need to do a blog post or joint press release?

You know these organizations and their expectations better than me; we should treat this relationship with the an appropriate level of respect. If they are doing a press release we should as well, etc...

  *   Action Helena: Ask Charlie if foss4g Bonn publication accept a few more papers?
  *   Action: Michael to provide pre diem costs to attend accommodation+food in each city
  *   Action: Vasile to finish report, and publish on website after review by conference committee and osgeo board.
  *   Action: Vasilie to take action to take time offset idea to the conference committee

We have a number of items to report back to the community in: osgeo-eu and analysis/feedback on foss4g affordability.

In the AGM we had very firm instruction by the conference committee that any direction would be needed (by Monday?) to inform the proposal process in 2019.
