[Board] [OSGeo-Discuss] Elections 2017 - grammar issues and ambiguity with nomination process

Hi Jody, I assume someone would be able to correct the election 2017 
process [1]?

Who was involved in deciding the new process? I assume they will be able 
to answer the questions below and be in a position to remove the current 
ambiguity?
