[Board] [OSGeo-Discuss] Elections 2017 - grammar issues and ambiguity with nomination process

Dear Cameron,

Thank you for your feedback and please accept my apologies for the 
delayed answer. It's true, along with Jeff, I'm responsible for this 
year elections. However, the new process was decided by the board [1]. I 
will go through your suggestions and I will try to improve/better 
clarify the wiki page. Not sure if I'm the best person to answer all 
your questions.
