[Board] Plan F2F meeting

Dear Bord Members,

We are planning for a video call this December and another one on January
to unblock urgent issues. But besides that, we want to have a F2F meeting.

To speed up the decision, I created a doodle to decide when the F2F should
take place:

Feel free to propose other alternatives. Some of us think it is too late to
wait for Bonn. Some of us think it is a good way to reduce costs.
