[Board] Open GeoScience Committee Budget Request for 2018

Dear Board,

the budget request by the Open GeoScience Board for 2018 is available here:

The total budget request is 6100 EUR, which 100 EUR more than in 2017.

The committee is still chaired by Massimiliano Cannata and myself.
