[Board] Video cal in December

See email "component 2 website and website recommendations report", that is
marketing committee signing off on content. Alex I see sign off being
listed each SAC meeting, I am under the impressions we are waiting on your
approval to pay this component 2 item.

Looking in dropbox at the contract, section 5.2 Payment shcedule - has "45h
payment, 10% of total amount, August 31st, 2017"

I wonder if your total on the wiki included the subsequent agreement set up
by Alex to help SAC figure out hosting of Wordpress?
