[Board] awards discussion

That is fine, the wiki closing section was done in a break out meeting with
Guido.

We do need a wiki page to marshal committees and local chapter for the AGM.

Please adjust the closing section as needed, or if you like to plan
separately we can remove from that page and you can let us know when we are
needed.
