[Board] awards discussion

I think that OSGeo report at AGM would be enough - that is how it has been
done before. I don't think we need an OSGeo update report at the closing
ceremony - maybe Jody has some idea why it was added there (maybe by
mistake?). We should say something about OSGeo when introducing the awards,
but 3 minutes should be enough.
