[Board] awards discussion

Thanks to all. YES, we will clean up the program grid, which is marked as
draft and will be work in progress. As Andy said, we will discuss the
closing plenary and "other business" (awards, updates, Dar es Salaam intro,
etc.) and aim to finalize that. And personally, I agree that the OSGeo
update is best placed in the AGM, although a mini-update at the closing
plenary makes sense.

Thanks for keeping this conversation moving, we'll work to finalize this in
the coming week.
