[Board] where to go for live budget information

Watching the motion approved for travel being passed brings to mind again.

Options:

1) Shared google document, publicly visible, easy quick not the best long
term
2) wiki (tables are annoying but it is shared), could set example for our
subcommittees to follow
3) spreadsheet in our board dropbox folder, makes it easy for future boards
to see where the money went

Having access to "what we have left in our budget" would help planning as
approach our 3rd quarter.
