[Board] website/rebranding contract review requested from board members

The unsigned contract has been added to dropbox; we have a few hesitations
to bounce off the SAC committee (thanks to Harison for acting as liaison).

It would also be good to ask for a review from any board members with
contract experience; and of course from Venka who needs to sign on our
behalf.

We are several weeks off the pace, so time is of essence here; communicate
early and often.
