[Board] Video F2F meetings planning

I am unavailable on the 14th.

Would you like to arrange this similar to our f2f meeting, full day on the
weekend not conflicting with work. We have a lot of ground to cover, hence
the request for a f2f meeting. We have not done the best job of going over
director responsibilities, bylaws, etc ... some of which is useful context
for appointing officers.
