[Board] AGM Followup - what our foundation is doing in 2017

It looks like the following committees did not have a chance to join the
AGM:

   - contact Daniel Morissette
   - Public Geospatial Committee
   <http://www.osgeo.org/content/projects/geodata.html> - contact David
   Bitner; perhaps inactive, last email sent july 2016
   <https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/geodata/>

I also note that the website committee
<https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Website_Committee> was dissolved due to
inactivity.
