[Board] Budgeting project event support for 2018

This was an annual budget, I guess we could of asked for an update during
the AGM reports.
I assume the next board will go trip that the same communication we did in
November to establish budget expectations for a budget approval in the
December meeting.
We still need to check the AGM and see what committees we have not heard
from and invite them to the next board meeting.
