[Board] foss4gna board participation and coordination part 2

This is to confirm that I have the airtickets and hotel booked, arriving Sunday May 13 evening and leaving Wednesday May 16 morning (I need to be back for a workshop in the afternoon).

I am not sure about the registration - I assume I will need one.
I am looking forward to meeting everyone who can come there and get all the updates on the North America chapter,

P.S. For those who know them, Anna has successfully defended PhD March 12 and Vashek this Monday April 23 and for now they are staying as postdocs at NCSU.
