[Board] sponsor renewals

I note the https://www.osgeo.org/sponsors/ page is starting to see a lack
of renewals, even though some of the parties (Boundless, GeoCat,
GeoSolutions) have been active in sponsoring our events.

As part of pulling together our sponsors and partners breakfast meeting for
foss4g please take an opportunity to reach out to these organizations if
you see an opportunity to do so.
