[Board] Food for thought: Retirement of OSGeo membership -> Statement of appreciation ?

I'd suggest keep the process simple. The convention we've implemented in
OSGeoLive (which we copied from other OSGeo projects and groups), is to
acknowledge and/or thank past members:
