[Board] 2019 board planning

In our meeting earlier this week we did a round table on what activities
each board member sees ahead of us in 2019 (with an eye for setting the
board budget and spending priorities in 2019).

I have taken our mins, and expanded on a few points, to set our adgenda for
tomorrows meeting and discussion:
