[Board] GCI 2017: A big thank you for the hard work!

This sounds very news worthy and deserves a press release.

1. It is great for developers to discover that some organisations 
(Google) donate money to Open Source.

2. We should offer public good will to Google for being such great 
community citizens. Lets help build the social capital of organisations 
that help us. Hopefully that will encourage Google to continue 
supporting us, and might even encourage other organisations to adopt 
similar strategies.
