[Board] Hello Board

Good point, so we will need a request (your email perhaps?) and then a
motion to recognize the new members.

I think last year the CRO called a meeting with the board and told us the
results, and there were no calls for us to deliberate a candidate. Because
of the sensors or nature it is one of the only closed door meetings we have
in our organization..

How would you like to proceed?
