[Board] wiki cleanup - board edition

I have filled in this plan for the f2f meeting

and
started a short list of pages in a shared google document (since we cannot
all edit the wiki at once). Some research indicates that NextCloud also
supports collaborative editing of LibreOffice files so we may wish to try
that out :)
