[Board] update on Sponsors breakfast

Astrid,

was the MoU with UNIGIS ever signed? I keep track of all MoUs here

and I still don’t have it as signed as we have added quite substantial section I.d  to their proposal.
But I might have missed some developments. If it was indeed signed, can you please provide a link to the signed 
document in the related wiki page (photo would be great too)

If it has not been signed then FOSS4G would be a great place where to sign it if both presidents will be there.
