[Board] update on Sponsors breakfast

Hello,

I updated the list of Sponsors (contact person for NorthRoad is still 
missing)

At the morment we have 8 Sponsors and many former sponsors - see 
spreadsheet. Shall we invite the former Sponsors too?

Partners: I added UNIGIS as partner (we signed a MOU) and checked with 
https://www.osgeo.org/partners/ There are more partners listed and I am 
not sure whether we want to invite tehm all?

I wrote an invitation text - see green block below the table

With Vasile I am in contact about the breakfast place. He recommented 
the InterContinental and will feedback soon.

Questions:
* Last year we invided the FOSS4G Sponsors too. Shall we do this this 
year too? There are many Sponsors. see https://2019.foss4g.org/ and we 
do not have the contacts.
