[Board] Upcoming: Board approvement on RfP FOSS4G 2021

Dear Board-colleagues,

today at midnight (AoE) the voting period for RfP 2021 ends. Due to our
Rfp-time schedule [1], the announcement of the 2021 hosting city is
December, 18th, which is next wednesday.

This means, that we as board need to approve the vote of the conference
committee between these dates. How should we proceed here? Is loomio the
right lace for this? (to be honest, I never used it before).
