In my opinion we need:

 * Proper onboarding: explain to new members what are our duties and how we
usually proceed. In fact, we should have a wiki section for this.
 * Explain the inlaws like Jody did with us.
 * Rough draft of what are the duties during the year (budget, face to
face, compile AGM slides,...)
 * Discuss what we want to achieve and how to do it
