Hello,

the MoU looks very good.

Just one suggestion:

f. Exchange designated official representatives to the principal annual 
meeting of
each organization. Registration fees for one official representative 
will be waived;

As we do not have registration fee for AGM we could skip the second 
sentence:

f. Exchange designated official representatives to the principal annual 
meeting of
each organization.
