[Board] GeoForAll website form and map

Hi Suchith

This is interesting ...
most of the "spam" are in draft mode and not published
to have this kind of "spam" is because someone managed to enter the website
with their osgeo id
So, no only to remove the spam,
Find out who made the spam lab
And what to do with that account on the website
this is getting tricky
