[Board] Google Season of Docs initiative

Usual advice, ask the appropriate committee to make a motion to start your
new initiative (the board is also one such committee).

If it is time sensitive the board does have electronic voting and can act
reasonably quickly.

I wonder if we should list google on the partners and friends page in order
to describe our involvement in activities like GSOC and this.
