[Board] MobilityDB community program application

The incubation committee recently reviewed the MobilityDB team's request to
join the Community Project program, and a motion accepting the project
meets the community project standards was passed today Dec 7th. The
MobilityDB team took part in the recent OSGeo sprint to work on this
application!

Can I ask this be added to the agenda for the Dec 28th meeting (or a loomio
as part of onboarding).
