[Board] EGU GA 2020: Data Help Desk

Thank you for the information and congratulation for the great work (I
wasn't able to attend, sorry).

I fully support this action and hope for a positive feedback from OSGeo
Board.

I will help as much as I can during EGU since I will be there.
