[Board] flickring out ...

Flickr changes its business model (and owner last year). I quite like to
service but am already paying for some cloud back up ... and do not wish to
spend $60 USD a year for photo specific cloud storage.

SAC offered to host on next cloud, we need someone to write up backup
script to harvest from the OSGeo group (example scripts back up for a
person).

I would happily sponsor $60 for someone adapt script and backup foss4g
photos for all of
foss4g.

Note we already lost some photos last year. Ian and myself did a personal
Flickr subscription to give OSGeo another year.
