[Board] OSGeo / OGC MOU next steps

Hi Tom,

This is great news - thank you to everyone in OSGeo who discussed, debated, and worked together to get the MOU approved. We can sign very quickly. We should discuss who the primary two representatives from each organization will be (those two people from the OSGeo side will manage portal accounts, formally represent OSGeo as contacts, and annually renew the membership).

I can also request a draft press release for our review from our marketing team.

Would the week of 10 January work to meet? I’ve got a pile of internal annual meetings next week, unfortunately!
