[Board] Meeting to close FOSS4G 2021

Dear Board,

I would like to setup a meeting with you next month (December) to show you
final budget reports, clarify any question you have, and "officially" close
the conference.

Are you going to have a Board meeting next month? The meeting for November
is incompatible with my work schedule. If you were going to skip December,
maybe we can setup a quick meeting?
