[Board] Board meeting 2022-02-28

 Sadly I am away next Monday, I will see if I can be online at that time.

So what was missing from the meeting minuets is this resolution:

   - Has the board decided on supporting open-source platforms? (Widen the
   reach of the foundation)
   - Or did the projects change to be presented as standalone software?
   (Perhaps desired result from open-source advocacy standpoint)
