I received another email from the provider.

This is the email:

Hi Besfort

Currently, the domain points to pretix.cloud68.co which is itself an alias
for
pretix-foss4g.cloud68.systems. .  According to this site
https://ns1.com/resources/cname pointing CNAME to CNAME "is not considered
a good practice as it is inefficient.". Can you ask the OSGeo people to
point to
pretix-foss4g.cloud68.systems. (Please make sure you also include the dot
at the end.) ?
