[Board] Has $23.00 arrived for GRASS GIS?

Hi Helena,

I took over the job from Moritz and continue to track donations at
https://grasswiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Sponsors#2023

Since it says "OSGeo Foundation received $23.00 from Fuad Husen", probably
it didn't went straight to the GRASS budget?

I am not an admin, so I cannot see what is behind the button below.
