[Board] Final accounting FOSS4G 2022 Florence

Dear Angelos, thank you for the good news and trust.

This month we will collect the first payment installment from AIM
International for FOSS4G 2022 so we will start to pay the fee towards OsGeo
in a very short time.
We had to installment as we could not offset each other's invoices due to a
VAT reference year issue. This creates a cash flow problem for us so we
have to proceed by installment payments and I believe that by March we will
be able to finalize the payment schedule towards OsGeo.
