[Board] Pretalx use for external conference

Dear board,

The Italian local chapter is helping on the organisation of National
Meeting on Hydrogeology - Flowpath - Torino 2025, Will be at Politecnico di
Torino from 11 to 13 june 2025.
Flowpath  is a national event on hydrology and there will be a lot of Foss
software use case. GFOSS.it will help in technical organisation like
website and we would like to use also the pretalx osgeo instance.
I'm a pretalx admin so I can create the instance for this conference but I
would like to know if there are any problems about this.
